These terms govern your use of Moonshard Sigils, a free, offline casual game for iOS. Please read them before playing.
By downloading or playing Moonshard Sigils, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment on your devices.
Moonshards, unlocked Vault sigils, cosmetic skins, and all other in-game items are earned through play only. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and may be cleared if you reset progress or delete the app. There are no real-money purchases in the game.
Please do not reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with, cheat in, or redistribute the app. It is provided for personal use only.
The game and all of its art, audio, text, and code belong to the developer. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.
The game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
Moonshard Sigils is family-friendly and suitable for a general audience. It has no accounts, no ads, and collects no personal data.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the current version.
